A Technical Customer Support Specialist at AerisWeather provides world-class customer services to our clients daily. A successful candidate will have a knack for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers. The role will serve as the middle person between our Customer Success Department to the rest of our company, acting as the messenger to our clients.
