DATA SOURCE ATTRIBUTION

The particular web, desktop, mobile application, or API to be provided by Whether or Knot LLC, d/b/a AerisWeather (“AW”) to each AW customer may include multiple data sources to fulfill a given request.

1. DATA SOURCES

     1.1 Environment Canada (EC)

     Canadian alerts, radar, snow depth, and forecasts may utilize information provided by EC and distributed as a value-added service under the terms of conditions of the following license:

     1.2 National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center

     USA high-resolution snow depth information utilizes data from the National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center:

     1.3 Earth Networks

     Global lighting strike data and imagery utilizes data provided by the Earth Networks Total Lightning Network
     and is distributed under the terms of a value-added reseller agreement.

     1.4 Drought Monitor Sources

     The Drought Monitor products utilize data from the National Drought Mitigation Center (NDMC), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

     1.5 Australian Bureau of Meteorology

     Australian radar may utilize information provided by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and distributed as a value-added service under the terms of conditions of the following license:

     1.6 UK Met Office

     United Kingdom radar may utilize information provided by the UK Met Office and contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence.

     1.7 Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD)

     European radar may utilize information provided by the German Met Office, known as Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD).

     1.8 Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS)

     River gauge information and the US accumulated precipitation data utilizes data from the Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS)

     1.9 Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring System (CAMS)

    Air quality forecast information from Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring System operated by European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts ("ECMWF").

     1.9 AirNow 

     Air quality observations and forecast information from AirNow, operated by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

     1.10 OpenAQ
