...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Wyoming, including the following county, Campbell.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 AM MDT, Rainfall rates have decreased, which will allow flooding to slowly subside. Street flooding is still occurring as around two inches of rain have already fallen. - Minor street flooding in Gillette is occurring, but only light rain is expected through the afternoon. Flooding has been reported in Gillette at Church and 5th street, around Cottonwood Park at 4J Rd south of Box Elder Road near the library, around Heritage Park with water over American Lane and Buckskin Drive, and flooding around Sage Valley Park with water covering portions of Glacier Dr and Frontier Dr. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gillette.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Central Black Hills, Northern Black Hills, and Southern Black Hills. In Wyoming, Northern Campbell, Western Crook, and Wyoming Black Hills.

* WHEN...From this evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
